Daniel Rapaport is an experienced litigator with substantial trial experience. He practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense and workers' compensation.
Dan is from Sharon, Massachusetts, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Colby College. At Colby, he was captain of the baseball team and sports editor of the Colby Echo. He earned his law degree at Cornell University in 1978 and joined Preti Flaherty the same year.
He is a member of the Maine State, Massachusetts and American bar associations and the Maine State Bar Association's Insurance Section. He is a member of the Defense Research and Trial Lawyers Association.
