Benefits & Compensation

Attorneys at Preti Flaherty are paid a salary that is at the top of the pay scale for the region. In addition to the base salary, all associates have the opportunity to receive bonuses, which are tied to production as well as new client origination. Preti Flaherty also has an excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and profit sharing plan.
