Todd J. Griset practices with Preti Flaherty's Energy and Telecommunications Group from the Portland, Maine office. He focuses his practice on helping clients including industrial and forest products manufacturers, project developers and commercial entities make critical decisions on energy and utilities matters, and maximize their opportunities in regional power markets across the nation.
Todd frequently represents clients before federal and state regulatory agencies, and has practiced extensively before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Maine Public Utilities Commission and ISO-New England. He also defends clients against regulatory enforcement actions relating to energy matters.
A Reading, Massachusetts native, Todd graduated from Phillips Academy and Dartmouth College, where he studied physics and French literature. He is fluent in both continental and Quebecois French.
