Kenneth Rubinstein Honored as One of ENR's Top Construction Professionals Under 40

Preti Flaherty attorney Kenneth R. Rubinstein has been selected as one of Engineering News-Record's (ENR) Top Construction Professionals Under 40 in New England. The competition celebrates the excellence of design and construction professionals in the region. An independent jury judged candidates on the basis of their career experience, industry leadership and community service among other factors. ENR is a leading weekly magazine that provides news, analysis, data and opinion for the construction industry worldwide. It also covers the construction industry's financial, legal, regulatory, safety, environmental, management, corporate and labor issues. The magazine's subscribers include contractors, project owners, engineers, architects, public works officials and industry suppliers.

Kenneth E. Rubinstein practices as a Director in the firm's Boston, Massachusetts and Concord, New Hampshire offices and is a member of the firm's Litigation and Construction Law Groups. Ken regularly represents owners, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and sureties in construction related disputes throughout the country.
