Preti Flaherty Welcomes Attorney Daniel S. Rich to the Firm

Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that attorney Daniel S. Rich has joined the firm. Dan will practice in the Business Law Group from the firm’s Concord, New Hampshire, office. He joins Preti Flaherty after practicing corporate law for five years in Central and South Florida, where he provided counsel to a variety of business clients, ranging from startups to large-scale publicly traded companies.

Dan earned his JD at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in Political Science from Western New England University. While in law school, he was a member of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, the Gerald T. Bennett Inn of Court, and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and held a clerkship at a well-regarded criminal and professional defense firm in Gainesville. As an undergrad, he received the Excellence in Political Science Award and the Skookum Award, and was a member of several noteworthy honor societies.
