Dianne is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice group. With a focus on comprehensive estate planning, she guides clients through every step of the estate planning process, from drafting estate plans to resolving contested administrations. She has extensive probate litigation experience and has first-chaired several trials, including contested guardianships.

After years in private practice, in 2022 she was appointed as the first Probate Referee for the New Hampshire Circuit Court, where she used her keen eye for detail to oversee the complexities of hundreds of probate administrations. She has been recognized for her work by both Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers and was awarded the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association’s SHERO award in 2019.

Outside of the office, Dianne enjoys gardening and tackling home improvement projects.
