Preti Flaherty attorney Tim Bryant will participate in this invitation-only seminar where industry leaders will discuss the current state of construction projects in and around Maine.  Tim will lead a discussion on the sources of defect litigation and what can be done to avoid them.
Additional speakers include:

  • H. Alan Mooney, P.E. and President of Criterium Engineers.  Alan will lead a discussion on the top 5 construction quality obstacles based on challenges learned from working on several multi-million dollar projects; and
  • Mike Herlihy, Executive VP and Partner at Ames & Grough.  Mike will lead a discussion on risk management and explore real solutions.
