There is no one right or best form of construction project delivery. There are many different ways to structure a construction project from Design-Bid Build, At-Risk Construction Management, Design-Build, and IPD with each approach having corresponding advantages and disadvantages with regard to speed, collaboration, cost, and customization. Ken Rubinstein will participate in a panel discussion of the relative strengths and weaknesses of the most common delivery methods, and offers suggestions as to the types of projects that are best (and worst) for each of these methods.
