Preti Flaherty Attorney Tim Bryant Selected by Franchise Times as “Legal Eagle”

For the twelfth year in a row, Preti Flaherty attorney Tim Bryant has been recognized as a Franchise Times magazine “Legal Eagle.” Nominated by their peers, franchise attorneys chosen for this honor are considered among the most knowledgeable and experienced in the nation. In 2018, Bryant was admitted to the Legal Eagle Hall of Fame, an elite designation reserved for ten-year recipients. He is highlighted with other franchise attorneys in the April 2020 edition.

As chair of Preti Flaherty’s Franchise Law team and co-chair of our Litigation practice group, Tim advises franchisors nationwide in prosecution, defense, and resolution of disputes related to franchise regulatory, intellectual property, and business relationship issues. He has assisted numerous startup and existing franchise businesses with relationship agreements and disclosure/regulatory compliance. He is also a member of the American Arbitration Association’s panel of arbitrators. Tim is repeatedly recognized by Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers in America, and Chambers USA for work in the areas of franchise law and commercial litigation.
