June 24, 2011 - Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that the firm has been approved by the New Hampshire Municipal Bond Bank to serve as bond counsel for New Hampshire governmental units issuing bonds to the Bond Bank. Preti Flaherty is now one of only two approved New Hampshire firms.

The New Hampshire Municipal Bond Bank's mission is "to provide professional services to assist qualified New Hampshire entities to obtain financing for eligible purposes." The Bond Bank finances projects ranging from capital/public improvements, water projects and road repairs to the development of new schools or public buildings.

Preti Flaherty's Practice Group is listed in the Bond Buyer's Municipal Marketplace directory (the "Red Book"). In addition to being listed as approved bond counsel by the New Hampshire Municipal Bond Bank, Preti Flaherty is listed by the Maine Municipal Bond Bank and the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development.
