Preti Flaherty Recognized as 2020 Top Law Firm by Antitrust Annual Report

Preti Flaherty has been recognized by the Antitrust Annual Report as a Top Antitrust Law Firm for 2020. Established in 2018, the Antitrust Annual Report is produced in partnership with the University of San Francisco School of Law and The Huntington National Bank, with the goal of providing a greater understanding of the outcomes of antitrust class actions. The 2020 Report offers a wide variety of empirical analyses of antitrust class actions litigated in federal court from 2009 through 2020, specifically complaints filed, cases won by defendants, and cases with settlements reaching final approval or verdicts awarded during the time period.

Overall, Preti Flaherty was recognized in three categories:
