Daniel W. Walker Named New England Trailblazer by Connecticut Law Tribune

Preti Flaherty is proud to announce that attorney Daniel W. Walker has been included in the Connecticut Law Tribune and Law.com’s inaugural list of New England Trailblazers.  Walker was recognized for his pioneering efforts to legalize marijuana sales in Maine, including his involvement in drafting the original citizen’s initiative that first expanded the state’s medical marijuana program in 2009 and his ongoing service as a member of the Maine Marijuana Advisory Commission. Walker is a partner and chair of both the firm’s Cannabis Business and Government Affairs practice groups. His practice focuses on regulatory issues and advocating for clients before state and federal governmental agencies.
