Preti Flaherty Welcomes Trusts and Estates Attorney Dianne Ricardo to the Firm

Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that Dianne Ricardo has joined the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group.

Based out of the firm’s Concord, New Hampshire office, Dianne focuses her practice on comprehensive estate planning, guiding clients through every step of the estate planning process including drafting estate plans, mediating contested administration, and, when necessary, representing clients in probate litigation.

After years in private practice, she was appointed as the first Probate Referee for the New Hampshire Circuit Court in 2022, where she used her keen eye for detail to oversee the complexities of hundreds of probate administrations every week. She has been recognized for her work by both Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers and was awarded the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association’s SHERO award in 2019.
