Where COVID-19 Meets Maine Law

Preti Flaherty attorney Sig Schutz will participate in a panel discussion on the constitutional and legal questions arising from state and local emergency orders in response to the outbreak of COVID-19. This webinar is presented by the Maine Policy Institute, a nonpartisan, nonprofit public policy research organization. Hosted by Matthew Gagnon, Chief Executive Officer of Maine Policy Institute, and featuring a panel of three Maine-based attorneys, the session will present various perspectives on the limits of state power under a State of Emergency.
