Sig Schutz to Present for NEFAC, SPJNE on Maine Public Records Law

Preti Flaherty attorney Sigmund Schutz will present a webinar on the topic of Maine Public Records Law as part of a series hosted by the New England First Amendment Coalition and the Society of Professional Journalists New England. The series offers introductory lessons on the federal Freedom of Information Act and state public record laws. Sig has been newsroom counsel to Maine’s largest news organization for more than 20 years and frequently defends broadcast and print media. The webinar will be moderated by Emily Sweeney, a reporter at The Boston Globe and a board member of both NEFAC and SPJNE.
