Preti Flaherty Attorneys Selected by Peers for Inclusion in Best Lawyers in America 2020, Including 2 “Lawyers of the Year”

Thirty-three Preti Flaherty attorneys have been named to the 2020 Best Lawyers in America, a highly regarded, peer-reviewed directory of attorneys and law firms in the United States. The magazine Corporate Counsel has called Best Lawyers “the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.” Inclusion in Best Lawyers in America is considered a high honor because attorneys are chosen by their peers—they are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed. Nominations are based on an intensive peer-review survey in which more than 25,000 of the nation’s attorneys cast nearly two million votes.

Of those attorneys, two received the additional distinction of “Lawyer of the Year.” These honorees represent attorneys with the highest overall peer feedback for a specific practice area and geographic region. Only one attorney is recognized as the "Lawyer of the Year" for each specialty and location.
